Data Deletion Instructions
If you want data associated with a connected account to be deleted, revoke the app connection from the relevant platform settings and contact the operator through the support channel used to manage the connected account.
How to request deletion
- Remove the app access from the connected Instagram or Meta account settings.
- Send a deletion request through the support channel used for the connected account.
- Include the Instagram username or account identifier so the request can be matched correctly.
What is deleted
- Stored access tokens and connection metadata for the authorized account.
- Operational records related to the connected account, subject to security and compliance retention needs.
Timing
Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable operational timeframe after the request is received and verified.
